Aaron Wright
Login to view DISC.Aaron Wright is Alabamas first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, tasked with guiding the states responsible adoption of AI. With a background in software development and data management across healthcare and government, he leads the enterprise strategy for AI governance and scaling. He holds a Masters degree from the University of West Florida.
Outside of his official duties, Aaron is engaged with the local technology community and shows an interest in state politics. He actively participates in and supports local AI adoption initiatives, such as speaking at events for organizations like Birmingham AI, to help accelerate the technologys growth within the region.
He previously led the Data Management and Ownership working group for the governors Generative AI Task Force.
