Adam Pearson

Adam Pearson is the Founder of Merrimack Ales, where he applies his extensive background in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma, previously honed as a Director at Philips, to the art of brewing. People who have worked with him describe him as thorough, creative, and schedule-driven. He is a graduate of Alfred University.

His passion for brewing began with his first homebrew batch, and he views beer as a catalyst for bringing people together. Adam is deeply involved in the community, seeking local investment to grow his brewerys taproom into a neighborhood gathering space, and he is hands-on with creating new and experimental brews.

He uniquely combines his corporate expertise in statistical analysis and process design with the creative craft of brewing beer.
