Alan Regala

Alan Regala is a franchise coach who helps professionals transition from corporate careers to business ownership. A Stanford-educated engineer and former D1 athlete, he built and sold his own multi-million dollar franchise, where he was the top performer for 12 years. People describe him as organized, a great communicator, and exceptionally capable.

Outside of coaching, Alan is a passionate and competitive tennis player, recently leading his doubles team to Nationals. He also enjoys snowboarding and spending time in Seattle with his wife, two daughters, and their mini-dachshund, Pickles. His athletic background is a core part of his identity and business philosophy.

Unique fact: Before entering the franchise world, Alan was a product design engineer at the renowned innovation firm IDEO and holds a patent for a packaging device.
