Alessandro Racioppi

Alessandro Racioppi is the Founder and CEO of KitchenSync, which provides financial back-office services for growing restaurant groups. With a background in private equity and a degree from UC Santa Barbara, he focuses on delivering financial clarity and actionable insights to operators, viewing finance as a form of hospitality.

Beyond his primary role, Alessandro serves as an investor and advisor for Standings Butchery, a premier Los Angeles butcher shop committed to ethical sourcing. During college, he was active in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and played on the UCSB Lacrosse team, indicating a past interest in team sports.

The inspiration for KitchenSync came from observing his mothers partner, a chef, struggle with financial management while running a small Boston restaurant.
