Alicia Zienkiewicz is the Director of Community Services at The Arc of York & Adams Counties, bringing over 25 years of experience in the social services field. Her expertise spans direct care, job coaching, and vocational management, and she holds a Safety Care certification.

Deeply committed to her organizations mission, Alicia is a passionate advocate and fundraiser for community programs. Her dedication is further evidenced by her long tenure, having received a 10-year service award. She is also a proud U. S. Army veteran.
