Alison Holmes

Alison Holmes is a Principal at Bain Capital on the North America Private Equity team, where she focuses on investments in the consumer vertical. Her experience includes roles at Great Hill Partners and Rothschild & Co. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.

Outside of work, Alison was a dedicated student-athlete at Trinity College, playing on the womens squash team and earning distinction as a two-year letterwinner in lacrosse. She remains involved with her alma mater as a Class Agent, fostering community among graduates.

In 2020, Alison was recognized by GrowthCap as one of the "Top Women in Growth Equity and Private Equity" for her professional achievements.
