Amanda Belcastro

Amanda Belcastro is the Vice President of Finance at Qualcomm, where she has built her entire career, rising from an intern to her current leadership role. An alumna of USC and San Diego State University, she is a recognized advocate for the advancement of women in the workplace.

Outside of her corporate responsibilities, Amanda is deeply committed to her community. She serves on the board of directors for Promises2Kids, a San Diego non-profit dedicated to supporting foster children, reflecting a strong passion for philanthropy and youth advocacy.

She has impressively spent her entire professional career at a single company, Qualcomm.
