Amrutha Balla

Amrutha Balla is a student at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics. She is passionate about the intersection of finance and consulting and will be joining Access Holdings in 2026 as a Private Equity Summer Analyst to help solve complex business challenges.

Outside of her academic pursuits, Amrutha has a background of active involvement in extracurriculars like DECA, HOSA, and Model United Nations. This indicates a foundational interest in business, health-related topics, and global affairs, complemented by her work experience in customer-facing roles.

While pursuing a demanding finance degree, she has balanced part-time work as a barista, serving hundreds of college students daily.
