With a PhD from the University of Southampton, he has extensive experience managing large-scale, high-value defence contracts, notably with BAE Systems on the UK Typhoon aircraft programme.
Outside of his professional role, Andrew is deeply committed to community enrichment and serves as a Trustee for the Lincoln City Foundation. He actively supports and publicly recognizes local organizations for their positive social impact within the Lincolnshire community.
He is a Trustee for the Lincoln City Foundation, the charitable arm of the local football club.
