Before his extensive career in government communications, Andrew worked as an English language teacher in Paris, where he provided language training to employees in local businesses. He holds a Master of Arts from The University of Edinburgh.
For his work in policy and communications at the National Cyber Security Centre, Andrew was recognized in the Queens New Years Honours list for services to National Security.
