Andrey Gunin is the Chief Financial Officer at A&D Mortgage, bringing over two decades of experience in finance and strategic management. His achievements include securing substantial funding for technology companies and preparing a major group for an IPO. He earned his MBA from Northwestern Universitys Kellogg School of Management.

Beyond his corporate finance career, Andrey possesses a distinct entrepreneurial drive, having co-founded MyBearMood, a leisure wear brand. He is actively involved in its development, demonstrating a passion for building consumer-facing businesses from the ground up and navigating the challenges of a startup environment.

He is a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) Accredited Mediator, a unique qualification for a CFO.
