Anessa Fike

" A pioneer in fractional HR for over 12 years, she has guided more than 125 organizations globally through growth and transformation. Outside of her executive roles, Anessa is a wife and mother. She is an IDEA Practitioner with NASA and serves on the Board of Directors for The Little Fox- Tobys Foundation. She enjoys quiet mornings with lattes, reading magazines, and watching holiday movies. Anessa also has an interest in astrology, which helped confirm her lifes purpose.
She is a former journalist who won an NC Press Award for her work on a story that helped vindicate a wrongfully imprisoned man.
