Angela Navarro

Angela Navarro is the President of Align Energy Advisors, where she counsels clients on complex energy policy and regulatory strategies. A nationally respected expert, her career includes serving as a Commissioner on the Virginia State Corporation Commission and as a senior advisor to two Virginia Governors. She holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law.

Outside of work, Angela is deeply engaged in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Blue Ridge. She enjoys spending her free time with family, running, hiking the mountains of Virginia, and attending concerts.

Unique fact: She has held high-level energy policy roles across the corporate, non-profit, and government sectors, including being elected as a state utility commissioner.
