Ann Schlueter

Ann Schlueter is the Chief Executive Officer of Community Hospital-Fairfax, where she has worked since 2008. A passionate advocate for rural healthcare, she has a strong commitment to quality and patient satisfaction, having been instrumental in the hospitals DNV-GL accreditation and ISO 9001 certification. Her career began in government as a Field Representative for the U. S. House of Representatives.

Ann is deeply rooted in her community, residing in rural Atchison County with her husband, Matt, and their three children. She and her husband are involved in local education, having presented the Schlueter Memorial Scholarship to a student at Tarkio High School, demonstrating a commitment to supporting local youth.

Unique fact: Before her extensive career in healthcare leadership, Ann served as a field representative for the U. S. Congress.
