A graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago and Lake Forest College, she leads product development and is a vocal advocate for women in tech. She holds certifications in AWS cost control and Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators.
She is deeply passionate about empowering women in technology, having founded and now globally leading Morningstars Women in Technology Employee Resource Group. Anna actively creates opportunities for the next generation by mentoring students, including establishing a "sprinternship" program in partnership with the University of Illinois Chicago.
She founded Morningstars Women in Technology ERG and currently serves as its Global Lead.
