Dr. Annie Jeng is an Associate Professor of Piano and Piano Pedagogy at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and the founder of "A Seat at the Piano. " An accomplished pianist with a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Michigan, she champions the works of underrepresented composers and living artists.
Outside of her academic and professional life, Annie enjoys hiking, kayaking, and discovering the outdoors. She also curates concerts in unconventional spaces like breweries and parking deck rooftops to make classical music more accessible to diverse audiences.
She has led music workshops for the Prison Creative Arts Project at the University of Michigan, using music as a form of expression.
