Antonios Koutsourelis

Antonios is a Data Scientist at JustGiving, recognized by colleagues as a "statistical genius. " He holds a PhD from Brunel University, where his research focused on Bayesian inference and risk analysis. He notably developed the algorithm for JustGivings "smart target" feature to help increase fundraising success.

Outside of his data-driven career, Antonios is a passionate basketball player, having been a member of the mens teams at both Lancaster University and Brunel University. He also shows support for charitable causes, such as making recent donations to fundraisers for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

His PhD research was titled: "Bayesian inference extreme quantile regression and hidden Markov models with application in risk analysis. "
