April Caldwell is the Co-Founder and CEO of fayVen, a pop-up retail marketplace connecting vendors and venues. A 10-year U.S. Air Force veteran with an MBA, she leverages her experience as a former small business owner to create opportunities for others. April also serves as a board member for Action Zone, a non-profit supporting veteran entrepreneurs.
Outside of her primary role, April is a passionate advocate for the military community, helping veterans and their families start and grow businesses. Her background includes serving as a dental lab technician in the Air Force and volunteering in childrens ministry. She enjoys coffee, viewing it as a tool for focus and a reward for hard work.
April previously owned a gourmet popcorn company, and the challenges she faced finding places to sell her product directly inspired the creation of fayVen.
