Ayushma Arpita

Ayushma Arpita is a PGDM student at Birla Institute of Management Technology with a passion for Human Resources. She demonstrates a strong aptitude for finance and data analytics, having conducted a WACC analysis for FMCG companies and developed a sales dashboard using Power BI.

Outside of her core HR studies, Ayushma shows a keen interest in applying data to solve business problems. Her posts also reveal a thoughtful perspective on social topics, including reflections on the significant and powerful role of women in society.
