Bethany Albutt is a Regional Operations Manager at Maximus UK with a background in public health, having previously served as Head of Business Development at Everyone Health. She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Nottingham and has experience in managing national partnerships.

Outside of her corporate role, Bethany is an entrepreneur who founded Fearless Luminosity, a small business based in Derbyshire. She creates and sells hand-poured luxury soy candles and wax melts, with a focus on vegan and cruelty-free products. She also supports charitable fundraising efforts.
