Concurrently, he serves as Chairman of the Board for HODAKOVA and has been an Adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Design for over two decades. Originally from Sweden, Björn has a passion for denim that dates back to high school and appreciates raw denim that he can "wear til they fall apart." He is interested in sustainable innovation and believes the fashion industry needs to take more creative risks rather than blindly following data, in order to surprise and delight consumers.
He is a two-time recipient of the Parsons School of Fashions Outstanding Faculty Award.
