Bob Miller

David Baszucki is the founder and CEO of Roblox, a global platform for user-generated 3D worlds. A Stanford University-educated engineer, his vision for the metaverse was born from his first company, Knowledge Revolution, which created educational physics simulation software. He has been pioneering immersive social experiences for over three decades.

Outside of work, David and his wife, author Jan Ellison, co-direct the Baszucki Group, a philanthropic organization. They are deeply committed to funding research for mental health, particularly bipolar disorder and metabolic-based therapies, driven by personal family experience. He grew up enjoying science fiction, dirt bikes, and go-karts.

Unique fact: Before creating one of the worlds largest gaming platforms, he hosted his own talk radio show.
