Bobby Pancake is the Co-Founder and CEO of High 5 Hospitality, an award-winning group operating 19 franchise and independent restaurants. An accomplished entrepreneur, his company was honored with the SBAs National Entrepreneurial Success Award. He is a recognized leader in the restaurant industry, holding an FMP certification and serving on multiple franchise advisory councils.

Raised on a dairy farm in West Virginia, Bobby has returned to his roots by co-founding the Claysville Cattle Company. He considers visiting the farm his favorite hobby, finding it mentally relaxing and rejuvenating. He is also a civic leader for the U. S. Air Force Air Mobility Command.

After winning a national entrepreneurship award in 2010, he was invited to the White House to meet with President Obama in the Oval Office.
