Brett Gallo is an experienced hospitality owner and manager, having founded The Stache Bar in downtown Long Beach in 2009. He transformed it into a destination known for quality and local sourcing. His career includes managing one of Southern Californias largest nightclubs and also holding a manager position at California Pizza Kitchen. Brett holds a BA from California State University, Long Beach.
He is a long-time Long Beach entrepreneur who has successfully navigated the local bar scene for over a decade. Brett has also expanded his ventures to include Sideburns, a neighboring burger joint, and co-owned The Bamboo Club, demonstrating his commitment to growing the local hospitality landscape.
His bars are known for their commitment to quality, making all cocktail mixes in-house, fresh pressing juices, and exclusively supporting local breweries.
