Driven by a personal mission, Brian is the business owner of Chicago Not Dogs & Bēf, a 100% plant-based restaurant. He aims to make plant-based meals accessible and familiar, inspired by the Chicago corner fast-food restaurants he grew up with. His goal is to encourage everyone to try just one plant-based meal.
