Brian Kirk

Brian Kirk is the Chief Technology Officer for Amphenols High Speed Products Group, where he leads engineering divisions across North America, Europe, and Asia. His expertise lies in high-speed interconnects, signal integrity, and system architecture for both copper and optical solutions. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.

During his time at the University of Vermont, Brian was part of a team that built and raced a solar-powered car from New York to Philadelphia. He enjoys that his work with connectors gives him access to the latest and greatest technologies, keeping the job fresh and exciting.

He is a prolific inventor, having been granted more than 25 patents for interconnect design and architectures over his career.
