As an American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) member with a Masters from Rutgers University, he has dedicated his career to advancing affordable housing programs and policy within the county government.
Deeply rooted in Virginia, Brian is an alumnus of both the University of Virginia and the University of Mary Washington. He is passionate about public service and actively promotes initiatives that strengthen local communities, expressing great pride in his home states achievements in housing and community development.
He played a key role in establishing Loudoun as Virginias first and only local government-run Fair Housing School.
