Bryan Borcherdt

Bryan Borcherdt is a veteran science teacher at Anthony Wayne Local Schools with over 16 years of experience in curriculum development and departmental leadership. A former successful Head Varsity Basketball Coach who led his team to multiple championships, he continues to contribute to the athletic department as a Track and Field coach.

Basketball is a core part of his life, a passion passed down from his father. He is deeply committed to youth development, having created a travel basketball program for elementary school students. He prioritizes his family, stepping back from head coaching to spend more time with his three daughters.

Beyond his teaching duties, he personally developed a comprehensive travel basketball program for children starting in the third grade, building a pipeline for the high school.
