Outside of her corporate role, Carla is deeply committed to her community. She serves on the board of the Columbus Childrens Theatre and is a founding board director for Fortuna Bank, the first proposed women-owned bank in Ohio. She is also passionate about mentoring and encouraging women to pursue careers in technology.
