Carolina Lopez Alvarado (She/Her)

Carolina is a bilingual communications leader specializing in internal communications and employer branding for multinational companies like Betterfly and JetSMART. With a focus on inclusive cultures and employee engagement across Latin America, she is also a certified Inclusion Manager ("Gestora de Inclusión").
