Carolina Mazuera
Carolina Mazuera is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, where she leads supplier relationships and operations. A former McKinsey & Company consultant with an MBA from Columbia Business School, she brings deep expertise in strategic planning and operational excellence to her role.
Outside of her corporate responsibilities, Carolina is a board member for ICU Baby, a nonprofit supporting NICU families in South Florida, and is a proud mother of two boys. She leverages her professional experience to advise the organization on operations and expansion.
