She leverages extensive government experience in strategic planning and process improvement, holding both a Master of Engineering and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
Outside of her primary professional role, Caryn is an active member of her community and has been involved with Christ Church Cathedral in Fredericton. She is an alumna of the University of New Brunswick, where she completed two engineering degrees alongside her husband, Mark.
