Chef Monnese Plummer is the owner and executive chef of Fancy Delights LLC, a catering business she founded in 2015. A graduate of Ivy Tech Community College, she specializes in American comfort food and gourmet desserts. In 2023, she was recognized by the South Bend Regional Chamber as one of Michianas "Forty under 40" for her professional success and community engagement.

Inspired to cook at age 11, Monnese aims to create dishes that feel like they came from a grandmothers kitchen. Her culinary perspective was broadened by a trip to France, where she cooked with French chefs. She is actively involved in her community, participating in local markets, pop-ups, and completing a leadership program to further her impact.
