A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, she was previously a partner and leader in the global M&A group at Shearman & Sterling LLP.
She is passionate about creating equal opportunity and is a board member of both the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) and Asphalt Green, a non-profit dedicated to health and fitness through sports. Her early academic interests included Latin American politics and culture during her time at Princeton University.
