Christina Amling

Christina Amling is the Overall Nursing Manager for Surgery and Anesthesia at Kreiskrankenhaus Bergstraße. Her career has progressed from a Surgical Technical Assistant (OTA) to a leadership role where she manages a multidisciplinary team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and is a certified OP-Manager, focused on enhancing quality and team motivation.

Based on her interests, Christina appears passionate about arts and culture, demonstrated by her appreciation for world-renowned institutions like the Louvre, The British Museum, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. She also shows an interest in global social issues through her engagement with Human Rights Watch.

She has built her leadership career from the ground up, starting as a technical assistant and taking on roles to train and mentor new staff.
