As the recently appointed CEO of Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems (GhIPSS), she leads Ghanas national electronic payment system. She holds an MSc in Finance and Administration from the University of West London.
Clara is passionate about leveraging technology for financial inclusion, a theme consistent across her consulting work with the UN and CGAP. Her appointment as the first female CEO of GhIPSS is viewed as a significant milestone for women in leadership within Ghanas financial technology sector. She is also the Executive Director at Logistics Connect Ltd.
She was named one of the 20 Most Influential Fintech Leaders in Ghana.
