Colleen Bordeaux is the founder of Growth, Inc. , a leadership advisory firm. Drawing on over a decade of experience building multimillion-dollar practices at Deloitte, she now helps organizations modernize their leadership playbooks. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and was a fellow at MIT.
Outside of her consulting work, Colleen is an author and writer, having penned the book "Am I Doing This Right? " which explores career and life navigation. She has also worked as a freelance writer for Refinery29, focusing on stories for a large digital audience.
She left her 12-year corporate career at Deloitte while six months pregnant to launch her own company.
