Constance Milstein

Constance Milstein is a distinguished attorney, businesswoman, and diplomat, currently serving as the U. S. Ambassador to Malta. She co-founded the real estate company Ogden CAP Properties and has held key roles in various international relations and democracy-building NGOs. She earned her J. D. from North Carolina Central University and her B. S. from New York University.

A dedicated philanthropist, she focuses on supporting military families, veterans, and childrens health. She is a founding board member of Blue Star Families and pioneered Dog Tag Bakery, a social enterprise that empowers disabled veterans. She also serves on the boards of the National Symphony Orchestra, Fords Theatre, and the Washington National Opera.

As the daughter of a WWII veteran, her commitment to service members is deeply personal, leading her to establish the innovative Dog Tag Bakery.
