Cora is the Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Native Womens Association (ONWA) and a member of the Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek First Nation. A graduate of Lakehead University’s Indigenous Learning program, she focuses on reclaiming Indigenous womens leadership and addressing systemic issues like human trafficking.
She grounds her work in Indigenous teachings and values, such as the principle that "Everyday is Ceremony. " Cora actively shares and explores concepts like "The Four Agreements" and the significance of sacred medicines like white pine, sweetgrass, and sage to foster resilience, empowerment, and spiritual connection.
