A Chartered Professional Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration, she rose to the CEO position after serving as the airports Director of Finance and Administration. She actively oversees efforts to grow air service and enhance passenger experience.
Courtney is deeply engaged in the local community, serving on the boards of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Moncton and the Atlantic Canada Airports Association. She is committed to her airports role in regional economic development and spearheads partnerships with community organizations like Hope Air and #NotInMyCity.
She is the first female President and CEO in the history of the Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport.
