Outside of his financial practice, Craig is a former professional baseball player, having been a pitcher in the Florida Marlins and Boston Red Sox organizations. He still actively plays amateur baseball in Dallas, where he lives with his wife and children. His strong work ethic was noted during his collegiate athletic career.
He was drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 8th round of the 2004 Major League Baseball draft.
