Curt Walker

Curt Walker is the Chief Financial Officer at Keystone Clearwater Solutions, leveraging extensive experience from his tenure as CFO at Rex Energy and Hydro Recovery LP. He is responsible for all financial and internal control activities. Mr. Walker holds both a BSBA in Accounting and an MBA from Shippensburg University.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Curt has built his entire career within the state, working out of locations like Hershey and State College. He currently resides in Mill Hall, PA with his wife and two children, demonstrating a strong commitment to his local community and roots.

He has led the accounting and financial reporting for public equity transactions that raised approximately $263 million.
