Dave Pearce

Dave Pearce is the founder and Managing Director of Nemco, where he is actively involved in executive and technical management. His background is in Electronics Design and Development, including system design and project management, giving him a deep understanding of the contract manufacturing landscape.

Outside of work, Dave is a passionate classic car enthusiast. His hobby is hands-on, as he enjoys driving, racing, and personally maintaining his own vehicles, showcasing a deep appreciation for mechanical engineering and performance.

Before founding Nemco, he was the Managing Director of a systems house specializing in turnkey ATE and production monitoring systems.
