David Barker, FRSA
Commander · DISC type DDavid is a social entrepreneur who co-founded one of the UKs first digital marketing agencies in 1994. He is now the Founder and Director of Placer, an organization dedicated to upskilling young people to tackle youth unemployment. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation, and people he has worked with describe him as strategic, astute, positive, and purposeful.
Outside of his entrepreneurial ventures, David is a parent who values work-life balance and appreciates the community of friends and family that support it. His interests include large-scale social and governmental initiatives, indicated by his following of organizations like the European Commission and the United Nations.
