Fueled by his French-Mexican heritage, Davids career was sparked by a trip to Oaxaca where he fell in love with the artisanal and cultural depth of mezcal. This passion prompted him to leave a traditional business path to focus on importing and sharing the stories of craft spirit producers.
He turned his passion into a profession by founding one of the first companies to import artisanal mezcal into France, effectively educating and building the market.
