Denise Rennmann

Denise Rennmann is a public affairs and communications leader with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. She currently heads a division for digitalization and project management at the German Federal Ministry of Finance, following a long tenure at Bayer where she was the Global Head of Public & Governmental Affairs. She holds an M. A. from the University of Denver and executive education from Harvard.

Outside of work, Denise is a passionate advocate for gender equality and serves as a delegate for the Soroptimist International club in Berlin. She has a hands-on, DIY approach to personal projects and has shared anecdotes about tackling her own home repairs. She is also multilingual, with proficiency in English and Spanish.

Unique fact: Despite her high-level corporate and government roles, she finds satisfaction in doing practical tasks herself, such as re-grouting the tiles in her shower.
