Dennis Grant is the Chief Executive Officer of United Rehabilitation Services (URS), where he has worked for over two decades. He has dedicated his career since 1976 to supporting children and adults with disabilities, significantly expanding URSs services. He holds an M. A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Cincinnati.
His passion for helping people with disabilities was inspired by his grandmother, Alpha Grant, who first exposed him to the community. This early influence shaped his career path, leading him away from his initial pre-law studies and into special education and rehabilitation.
Under his leadership, Dennis guided URS back from a precarious financial position, drastically reducing administrative costs and tripling the number of clients served.
