At PACE, he is known as the resident "Sensei, " mentoring and teaching improvement projects. He is also a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, leveraging unique methods to foster innovation and enhance business processes.
Outside of his corporate coaching, Dennis is a passionate science communicator and a self-proclaimed space rocket lover. He actively volunteers with Science Timmins, where he enjoys mentoring youth and sharing in the joy and enthusiasm of their scientific discoveries, particularly during events like student rocket launches.
He is one of the few certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Master Facilitators in Canada.
