Don Clevenger

Don Clevenger is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Oncor Electric Delivery. His career is uniquely marked by a transition from a legal background, including a JD from Southern Methodist University, to finance. He oversees Oncor’s accounting, treasury, risk management, and asset investment strategy, leveraging his prior experience as SVP of Strategic Planning.

Outside of his corporate role, Don is deeply invested in community and education. He serves on the boards of multiple educational institutions, including Paul Quinn College and Dallas Christian School, as well as the board of Home Point, a housing-focused non-profit. He and his wife have three sons, who all attended his alma mater, Abilene Christian University.

Unique Fact: He holds board and advisory positions at three separate educational institutions: a university, a K-12 school, and a university advisory board.
