With a background in psychology from The Rockefeller University, he has worked since 1995 to improve performance for a wide range of organizations. Outside of his consulting work, Dovid is an observant Jew and has a history of community involvement. He previously served as the Executive Director for Makin It Big, a non-profit organization he founded which connected undiscovered street musicians with community programs for seniors, schools, and youth at risk.
